Sonakshi Sinha, a new bride, kept her promise and danced her heart out at her wedding reception. On June 23, 2024, Sonakshi Sinha married Zaheer Iqbal in a small-scale civil ceremony at her house. She chose a white dress for the wedding, accessorising it with immaculate jewellery that belonged to her mother, Poonam Sinha, in an effort to promote sustainability. Sonakshi Sinha was originally spotted wearing a red silk saree for the lavish wedding reception in Bombay. However, for her second look on her special day, she later, midway through the celebration, changed into a heavy anarkali set. In both cases, Sonakshi appeared divine. Her crimson anarkali had a V-neck, long sleeves, and a mirrored and golden embroidery throughout. Sonakshi wore her glam makeup, complete with a gajra-adorned bun hairstyle, an exquisite necklace adorned with gemstones, matching earrings, and a red chooda, exactly the same as she did in the first picture.

Sonakshi did, in fact, honour her vow to dance nonstop at her nuptials. The Dabangg actress was heard discussing her wedding plans in a previous interview with the Bombay Times. She expressed in a video segment her desire to dance a lot at her wedding. According to Sonakshi: “Mai toh chahungi mai bahut dance karu apni khud ki wedding me.”
