Bollywood superstar Shilpa Shetty is one of the most active celebrities on social media. The diva often shares quirky videos, fitness mantras, and funny reels with her fans and followers. But her recent announcement has left everyone heartbroken. On Thursday, Shilpa Shetty dropped a shocking post and announced that she is going to take a break from social media. The actress in her post has mentioned that she will be back only when she’ll find a ‘new avatar’.
While announcing the break, Shilpa posted an all-black picture on her official handle and wrote, “Soooo bored of the monotony, everything looking the same… going off social media till I find a new avatar.” The post left her fans heartbroken and upset and they started commenting on the photo. “we will miss you Shilpa mam,” wrote one user. “Shilpa ji don’t leave social media,” wrote another user. Many of the users have also dropped black heart emojis on her post.
Shilpa Shetty has gone through a rough patch last year after her husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested in a pornography case. The actress was spotted at Vishno Devi temple to seek blessings for his family after Raj’s bail was rejected but was later granted and he was released from jail.
On the work front, Shilpa Shetty will be seen in an action series directed by Rohit Shetty. The series will release on the OTT platform which will also star Sidharth Malhotra in the role of a Delhi Police officer.
