Shahid Kapoor Reveals He’s ‘Completely Under Misha’s Command, ‘She Has Full Control On Me’
In a recent interview, Shahid Kapoor revealed that he has a soft spot for his daughter Misha. His wife Mira is well aware of this and uses their child to persuade him to do things.

The actor is married to Mira Rajput and has two children together: a son named Zain and a daughter named Misha. Shahid shared insights about his relationship with his children and the parenting style he and his wife have adopted in a recent interview.
Shahid Kapoor says he has a ‘soft corner’ for his daughter, Misha
In a recent interview with SCREEN, the proud father revealed that while he adores both of his children, he has a great spot for his daughter, Misha. In contrast to his boisterous and vivacious 6-year-old son, Zain, Shahid disclosed that his daughter is more composed and can easily coerce him into doing anything. In his own words:
“My son tries to dominate me. I think that is usually a dynamic between girls and boys. Boys are aggressive and loud, ‘Papa this and that.’ But quietly, my daughter has full control over me. Without saying anything, she has full control over me. Quietly, she gets the job done, and I think girls are far better at doing that. My daughter is my soft spot. She doesn’t even try that hard, but I’m always ready to do whatever she wants.”
Shahid also mentioned how clear his love for his daughter is. At the same time, his wife Mira Rajput is well aware of his inability to refuse his daughter. Because of this, she frequently goes to him through her when she wants to complete a task.
Shahid Kapoor says he believes in allowing his kids to grow as individuals

The actor acknowledged in his response that, as a father, he too picks up new skills over time, but he prioritises honesty. The Haider actor disclosed that he watches his kids grow up and makes an effort to comprehend their goals, assets, and shortcomings. Shahid, however, thinks it’s critical to encourage and love kids while allowing them to develop as unique individuals. He stated:
“Let children be. They are born off you, they aren’t yours. They aren’t your property. They are their own individual. You are just the caretaker. You just have to give them what they need.”
