After seeing the Shehzada movie, starring Kartik Aaryan, in Mumbai, Shahid Kapoor was seen sheltering his wife Mira Rajput from the audience as they left. Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon feature in the family-friendly comedy Shehzada, which just hit theatres. Shehzada, directed by Rohit Dhawan, is Kriti and Kartik’s second on-screen pairing after Luka Chuppi.
On Thursday, one day before the film’s release, the makers of Shehzada hosted a special screening of the movie in Mumbai. It was attended by the lead pair Kartik, and Kriti, as well as celebrities such as Arjun Kapoor, Sharvari Wagh, Angad Bedi, Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput. A video of Shahid and Mira exiting post the screening has surfaced on Instagram, and it shows Shahid protecting his wife when they get surrounded by the media and fans.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput can be seen walking hand in hand as they leave the theatre after the Shehzada screening in the footage that has leaked on Instagram. A sizable throng had gathered around the couple, and photographers were attempting to take shots of them. Shahid greeted everyone politely and was seen encircling Mira with a shield to protect her from the onlookers. Together, they moved in the direction of the car. Shahid Kapoor looked dapper in a white hand-painted shirt and blue jeans, while Mira looked lovely in a black sleeveless blouse, long beige shrug, and matching leggings.
