Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has not seen any progress and even the apparent main accused Rhea Chakraborty has been granted bail. However, the Narcotics Control Bureau us still pursuing the case and hopes to unveil the drug nexus in the industry. It has already summoned and arrested many and it had also summoned Sushant Singh Rajput’s co-star from Drive, Sapna Pabbi. However, it seems that the actress has gone missing from her Mumbai home after the summon.
Now, this popular British model and actress has found herself in legal tuff. The NCB had Summoned Sapna Pabbi to appear at the place on Wednesday in relation to the drug case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. However, if reports are to be believed, she did not reach there and is now reported missing.
NCB’s Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede confirmed that Sapna did not reach NCB after the summon. He said, “The notice was pasted outside her residence on Tuesday asking her to appear before the NCB in connection with the Bollywood drug syndicate but she didn’t respond and now has disappeared.”
It is said that Sapna Pabbi’s name came up in the investigation after one of the accused in the case Agisilaos Demetriades. He is the brother of former South African model Gabriella Demetriades who happens to be Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend.
It is said that she was connected in the case and is an important part of the case. “Her role in this case is very crucial and thorough investigation is required. If she doesn’t respond then strong summons will be issued soon,” the officer added.
