Aayush Sharma, known for his recent action film “Ruslaan,” has returned to the spotlight after a three-year hiatus. While promoting his latest project, he delved into discussions about his personal life as the brother-in-law of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

Marriage and Rumors

Aayush tied the knot with Arpita Khan Sharma, daughter of renowned Bollywood figures Salim Khan and Helen, in 2014. However, after five years of marital bliss, speculations about their divorce began circulating, particularly following the release of Aayush’s debut film “Loveyatri” in 2018.

Clarification and Reaction

In a recent interview with News18 Showsha, Aayush addressed the rumours and shed light on how they affected his relationship with Arpita. Recounting a peculiar incident, he shared, “I took my son out for dosa, and when we were coming out, the paparazzi caught me and asked me if Arpita and I were filing for divorce.” Aayush humorously recalled his reaction, stating, “I was just so surprised! I took my son out for a snack and ended up facing questions about our divorce. When I came back home, I asked Arpita if she was going to divorce me. And we had a good laugh over it.”

Family and Parenthood

Their marriage, celebrated in 2014, was a significant event that brought together Bollywood icons Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, marking the end of their prolonged rift. The heartwarming images of the two embracing Arpita garnered widespread attention.

Following their nuptials, Aayush and Arpita welcomed their first child, Ahil Sharma, in 2016. Subsequently, they chose Salman Khan’s birthday in 2019 for the arrival of their second child, Ayat Khan.

Professional Endeavors

In a departure from his usual collaborations with Salman Khan Films, Aayush ventured into new territory by working with a different producer for “Ruslaan.” This marks a significant milestone in his career as he explores fresh opportunities outside his usual cinematic ventures.
