Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is back as the host of Bigg Boss in its 18th season, and the buzz surrounding the reality show is already at an all-time high. In a new promo released by Colors TV, self-proclaimed godman Aniruddhacharya, popularly known as Pookie Baba, steals the spotlight by offering to find Salman Khan a bride, leading to a hilarious exchange.
The promo showcases Aniruddhacharya offering life advice to both Salman and a politician contestant. The politician, whose identity remains undisclosed but strongly resembles Tajinder Singh Bagga, discusses the nature of politicians. In a candid moment, he states, “Rajanitik log bahut laalchee hote hai. Aur laalach ye hota hai ki zyaada se zyaada log hume jaane (Politicians are very greedy. The greed is for more people to know us).”
When Salman Khan jokingly asks if the contestant is married, the politician replies that he is not, adding that he is younger than Salman. Khan humorously responds by saying the contestant is too young to get married. Aniruddhacharya then steps in, offering to find brides for both Salman and the politician. He confidently assures Salman, “Main jo launga na, vo bhaagengi nahin (I’ll find a bride who won’t run away).” Salman, always quick with a witty retort, replies, “Humko bhagodi chahiye (I want someone who does),” leaving the audience in splits.

Apart from the lighthearted banter, Aniruddhacharya also presented Salman Khan with a copy of the Bhagavad Gita during his visit to the Bigg Boss house, further adding a spiritual touch to the show’s premiere.
This year, Bigg Boss 18 is set to follow the theme of “Time Ka Taandav,” promising viewers plenty of twists and unpredictable turns. The tagline, “Iss baar ghar mein bhuchaal aayega, kyunki Bigg Boss mein Time Ka Taandav chaaeyga! (This time, chaos will strike the house as the wrath of time will reign in Bigg Boss),” hints at an intense season ahead.
The much-awaited reality show will premiere on Sunday night at 9 pm on Colors TV and will also be available for streaming on Jio Cinema. Among the speculated contestants are names like Vivian Dsena, Shilpa Shirodkar, Arfeen Khan, Rajat Dalal, and Chahat Pandey, ensuring a star-studded lineup for the new season.
