One of the most popular TV shows that are topping almost every TRP chart is Anupamaa. The lead actress Rupali Ganguly has been gaining accolades for her acting in the show. She recently also hit the headlines for getting infected by the COVID-19 virus. Now, the actress has opened up about facing complications in her pregnancy when she had her son due to her thyroid issues.
In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Rupali said, “I had major thyroid issues, so your fertility count goes down. There were issues and I did consult a lot of doctors. My son is no less than a miracle for me.” The actress, who is super active on social media, often treats fans and followers with adorable photos of her son.
During the interview, she also revealed that she always wanted to settle down in life and have a kid. She said, “Mera ambition tha shaadi karna aur baccha paida karna. Yeh mera ambition tha life ka and finally, I was getting to be a mother and after a lot of issues, like ‘nahi ho sakta’… Having a child was difficult.”
