On August 14th, famous stylist and filmmaker Rhea Kapoor at her father Anil Kapoor’s residence in Mumbai with her partner and director Karan Bulani gets married. On Monday, Rhea finally shared her first official wedding photo on her Instagram account, where she exchanged rings with Karan and looked very happy.
Explain, you don’t know, the whole process of marrying someone you have known for so long can be so overwhelmed and humiliating, Rhea penned, “12 years later, I shouldn’t have been nervous or overwhelmed because you’re my best friend and the best guy ever. But I cried and shook and had stomach flips all the way through because I didn’t know how humbling the experience would be.”
“I’ll always be that girl who had to come home to Juhu at 11 pm before my parents fell asleep. Only until now I didn’t know how lucky I was to feel torn. I hope we make a family so close that we have many, many loves of our life. Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani were married in Anil Kapoor’s bungalow. Friends and family attended the ceremony: brothers Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Jankhvi Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, and her husband Anand Ahuja, Sanjay Kapoor and her husband. The children were photographed on their way to the scene.
It is said that Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani met when they filmed Aisha in 2009. Aisha marked Rhea’s first appearance as a producer, and Karan was the assistant director of the film. Since then, Rhea has directed some popular movies such as Khoobsurat and Veere De Wedding, all have fun with her star sister Sonam Kapoor.
