Recipe:
Orange & Peach Ice Tea

30 ml Orange Crush
30 ml Peach Syrup
120 ml Tea Premix
Ice Cubes

Add ice cubes in a glass, and then add tea premix, peach syrup, and orange crush in a glass and shake it well.
Pour the Shaken Tea in a serving glass and Garnish it with Kaffir Lime Leaf.

Recipe :
Paan ice cream

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/8 cup milk

1 cup whipped cream

4-5 paan leaves

1 tsp saunf

1 tsp dates

1 tsp tuity fruity

1 tbsp gulkand

1/4 tsp elachi powder

1 tbsp kaju-badam chopped (as per your wish)

Method

1. Blend saunf, paan leaves, gulkand, dates, milk,

2. Whip cream to soft peaks

3. Add condensed milk

4. Add elachi powder, tuity fruity, nuts paan paste

5. Mix it lightly and keep it to set for atleast 3 hours.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1/4 cup dark choc

1/4 tea spoon Baking Powder

1/2 tsp soda

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup softened butter

1/4 tsp sat

1 tsp vanilla essence

2-3 tbsp milk

1/2 cup choc chips

Method

1. Mix all the wet ingredient in a bowl.

2. Mix butter, chocolate (melted), sugar and vanilla essence together in a separate bowl. (Mix well).

3. In a separate bowl, sift all the dry ingredients.

4. Add baking powder, soda and salt in maida bowl.

5. Add wet mixture into dry mixture and add milk to make a dough.

6. Put small scoops on a baking tray and bake it at 180’ for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Fresh salmon (1p 20 grams)
Wasabi-05 grams
Sushi rice-20 gram

Method:

this preparation is authentic Japanese sushi it is an handcrafted sushi in this we take salmon and apply pinch of wasabi paste on salmon then we will take 15 to 20 gram marinated sushi rice shape it under the salmon. This will serve with wasabi and soy sauce.

Sushi Rice:these are the Japanese sticky rice marinated with sushi vinger & sugar.
