Bollywood rivalries between the stars especially the actresses are not hidden from anyone. One such cold war between Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone was the talk of the town at some point. It is said that Ranveer Singh was earlier dating Anushka Sharma but then he started shooting for Ram Leela with Deepika Padukone and dumped her.
If reports are to be believed, Anushka and Ranveer had started dating eachother soon after their first film ‘Band Baja Barat’. Things didn’t end on a good note between the two and the bitterness still sometimes gets resurfaced on the internet.
Ranveer dating Deepika also affected her professional relationship with Anushka Sharma. The two actresses were once the rivals of eachother and had often given out statements targeting eachother. However, during the promotion of ‘PK’ Deepika tried to kiss Anushka Sharma in front of the media which didn’t go down well with the actress and she asked, ‘What are you doing?’. In the clip, Anushka could be seen as extremely awkward when the actress suddenly planted a kiss on her cheeks.
Anushka smiled for the papas but then turned to Deepika with a weird expression. The clip immediately went viral on the internet and people had trolled DP. Now, the same clip of the two has resurfaced on the internet and people have compared it with another incident during ‘Gehraiyaan’ promotion. “She tried to do the same with Ananya Panday and she turned her face,” wrote one user. “similar incident took place during Gehraiyaan promotions also with Ananya,” wrote another user.
