The much love in couple Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal’s marriage has hit a rough patch. Things are taking an ugly turn and they have ended up name-calling and mudslinging each other.

Yesterday, Karan Mehra had been arrested by the Mumbai police on charges of domestic violence after his wife Nisha Rawal filed an FIR against him. The actor was later released on bail. Now, Nisha had filed a complaint against Karan Mehra at Goregaon police station after an ugly spat. She also made some jaw-dropping revelations while interacting with the media. She also accused Karan of having an extramarital affair. Talking about her relationship with Karan she stated, “It is extremely embarrassing to meet you all like this since we have always met on the red carpet events. I am here only because of Kavish (their son). We have been together for 14 years. Many things happened in these years but no one came to know about anything.”

She had further added, “Karan has been having an affair with another girl, which I didn’t know about. When I came to know about it, he accepted that he has another girl in his life. I asked if he has physical relation if it’s a serious affair or an emotional one. He said ‘I love that girl. I have been having physical affair with her.”

Now Karan Mehra had reacted to Nisha’s allegations and shared, “All these allegations are bound to come up and I will be linked with many people. These stories are baseless. I haven’t cheated on her and I am not having an extramarital affair.”

Karan also went on to reveal his side of the story and shared he did not physically assault Nisha and she herself banged her head against the wall and threatened to ruin him, “Nisha barged into my bedroom, as we have been sleeping in separate bedrooms since a while. She began shouting and abusing my family, told me, ‘I will ruin your life’, spat on me and I calmly told her not to behave in this manner and to go back to her bedroom. I didn’t want to talk right then”.

“I got up to go into the bathroom when she suddenly banged her head on the wall and said, ‘ab dekho kya hota’. Actually, Nisha has mood swings and violent anger streak. She would throw stuff and hit herself and others. Five-six years ago, she was diagnosed as bipolar. People, including our friends and relatives, have seen her behaviour in public and I couldn’t take it anymore”, he added.
