Recipe of Gheeya ke cheele

Ingredients:

Bottle gourd (grated) 250 gms

Grated paneer 250 gms Buckwheat flour 2 cups Chopped chilies 2 Chopped coriander 1/4 cups Red chili powder 1 tsp Saindha namak 1 tsp

Directions: Make a smooth batter of the grated gourd and flour along with all the spices. Add water if required. Now heat the tawa and add some oil. Take a spoon full of the batter and spread on the tawa. Sprinkle grated paneer over it. Cook till crisp on both sides. Serve with mint chutney.
