Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan will stay in Jail for more days as the bail of the star kid has been reserved till 20th October. The Mumbai session court has rejected the bail application of Aryan Khan twice. According to the latest reports, Aryan has spoken with his parents Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan via video call. Aryan was allowed to do a ten-minute video call from inside Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail.
On Wednesday, the Mumbai session court adjourned the hearing of the star kid’s bail plea till 20th October. However, the bail plea of other accused in the Mumbai drug case will take place today. Aryan’s plea has been extended as the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), had stated to the court that the star kid was found guilty of illicit procurement and distribution of contraband in their investigation. In their earlier statement, NCB had mentioned that Aryan’s WhatsApp chats point towards international drug trafficking.
The NCB has also stated in its reply that, it is prima facie revealed Aryan Khan used to get procure contraband from Arbaaz Merchantt and sources associated with Arbaaz Merchant. On the day of the cruise ship raid, Arbaaz Merchant was allegedly caught with 6 grams of charas recovered from his shoes. Arbaaz and Aryan have been closely related and associated with consuming drugs, which is offensive under section 29 of the NDPS act.
NCB has also mentioned that Aryan was in constant touch with the people abroad, who are also associated with the international drug networks for illicit procurement of drugs.
