For quite some time, there have been reports that Mouni Roy is dating a Dubai-based businessman Suraj Nambiar. However, the actress made it official when she had shared pictures with Suraj’s family wherein she addressed his parents as mom and dad. Now, if the latest reports are anything to by Mouni Roy will be soon tying the knot with her boyfriend Suraj Nambiar.
According to a report published in Times Of India, Mouni Roy’s mother met Suraj Nambiar’s parents a few days ago at Mandira Bedi’s residence and everything went smoothly. The report also states that Mouni is very close Suraj’s parents.
In 2019, Mouni Roy has debunked the report of her dating Suraj Nambiar. She had said that she wanted to focus on her career and was yet to find the right man for herself. “People who matter know I’m single and it’s not about the shortage of time because you can compartmentalise your life. But I need to meet the right person, I can’t just pick someone and start dating. At the moment I’m grateful for this window (movies) that has opened in my life. I don’t think I should throw it away by not giving my 100 percent to it,” Mouni had said.
