She played the role of ‘Geet’ in the film so perfectly that all her performances took a back seat. This has apparently annoyed the actress she has equally worked hard for all her films.
‘Jab We Met’ was recently re-released in the theaters for the fans and Shahid Kapoor surprised the fans with his visit. Talking about the appreciation the film received, Kareena Kapoor has a different take on it. The actress in an interview said that her other films like Omkara and Heroine should also be talked about.
” In a recent interview, she responded to the continuous comparisons to Poo and Geet, saying, “Of course, it will always be compared to Poo and Geet; they are iconic, I understand.” Everyone will make comparisons. But I think people should talk about Chameli, Omkara, and Heroine; they’re underappreciated in terms of my performance, and ‘Yuva’ as well. Why aren’t people talking about it? I realise that in the life of an actor, individuals choose the parts. I’m also working on The Devotion of Suspect X, which is on a very other spectrum for me,” she said.
Meanwhile, the actress is currently spending her time with her family. recently her sister-in-law Alia Bhatt visited her place with her daughter Raha Kapoor.
