Janhvi Kapoor Is A Mastikhor, Says Ishaan Khatter

Friendship is one of the purest of relations. It’s the only relation in the world that carries every other relationship within it. You can find a friend in all your relations and you can find all your relations in a friend. The B-Town has also witnessed some of the strongest bonds of friendship and one of them is the budding buddy bond between ‘Dhadak’ stars, Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter.

Though they had met once or twice before signing Sashank Khaitan’s ‘Dhadak’ but they initiated their bond only on the sets of the movie. The first time they met, they started with watching the movie, La La Land as Ishaan has said during an interview, “The first time we met, we saw La La Land. Because she had not seen it and I had seen it five times. It’s such a great film and she hadn’t seen it, and I was like ugh. We started our exchange with films. By the time we got on set, we were bum chums.”

Recently, on a chat show hosted by Anaita Shroff Adajania, Feet Up With The Stars, Ishaan was asked about his Dhadak’s co-star, Janhvi’s most annoying habit. To this, he replied, “She is a mastikhor. She knows which buttons to press. It’s irritating because sometimes, she will go on a tangent when it’s not required and she will stay on it and fights when she doesn’t want to fight”.

On the other side, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Janhvi shared her experience with actor and said, “Till now, he is the only person I have worked with, and it was easy to team up with him because I think we get along really well. Also, as an actor, I am in awe of him and the way he approaches his scenes. Plus, he has great energy [as an actor], and it is probably because he is new too. But what helped me a lot was the fact that he is {a} more experienced {actor} than me.”
