“I Want To Take It In Slow Motion With Disha”, Says Tiger
Every love story begins with a pinch of friendship! A great friend proves to be a great lover, they say. Such is a couple in our B-town who shares a great bonding and is the public’s most loved duo. Yes, the mention is of none other than the gorgeous Disha Patani and charming Tiger Shroff. We all are aware of the chemistry between the two love birds and fans are always delighted to see them together on screen. But whatever we call it, the couple has yet to affirm about their relationship to the world.
After watching them together on screen in ‘Baaghi 2’, fans are in desire of wanting more! Even though they are snapped together many a times but are never seen indulging in any kind of PDA or has made an official announcement about their relationship. Whenever asked, “We are just friends” has always come up as an answer. Talking about their relationship in an interview with Pinkvilla, this is what Tiger had to say, “Disha is a great friend, I want to take it slow with Disha… slow motion mein.” Tiger has always been careful about his statements and actions and we can’t agree more.
Disha, when asked the same question in the same platform couldn’t let her emotions control and confessing her heartfelt reveled, “He’s too slow motion, man. I’ve been trying to impress him and I keep telling him that. I have learnt gymnastics and I’ve done a film where I’m taking a flip through a fire ring. He’s still not impressed. What more can I do?” Now this is a question we all want answer to.
The ‘Baaghi 2’ actress further confessed about how awkward things sometimes go between the two and there’s no one to break the ice. “He’s too slow. Someone has to break the ice and speak up. He is a great friend but I want things to get a little more than being just great friends. I’m trying my best to impress him but he’s just not agreeing.” quoted Disha in the same interview.
Both are often clicked and seen together on Sundays going on a lunch date. When a question targeting on his dates with his ladylove was put to Tiger, he reluctantly replied, “We always go around all the time. Going around doesn’t mean we’re dating. You do go around with friends, right? I go around with my guy friends also, which no one cares about. Besides, have Disha and I ever indulged in PDA or anything. Today, I can say that she is one of those few people who I can trust implicitly and is very open, straightforward and honest. I don’t have too many friends and I don’t open up easily with people, but she’s an exception.”“Walking out of the restaurant every Sunday holding the bag for her makes me look better.” said Tiger in the show Koffee With Karan.
When Disha in a conversation with Bollywood Hungama was asked, “Why don’t you both accept your relationship? People love you both as a couple.”, the lovely actress answered, “I’ve been trying for so long, it’s been so many years and I’ve been trying to impress him. Now I’ve done this film Bharat where I’m doing all these stunts and I thought maybe he’ll get impressed but no luck. Yeah, we go to eat but that doesn’t mean he’s impressed, not like that like the crush impressed, but he likes everybody’s pictures like that. You must speak to him the next time. He’s shy and I’m shy so nobody’s breaking the ice.” Tiger, we think now is the time.
Though on the work front the two are breaking records with their charisma and talent but we do wish them to make an official statement about their relationship soon accepting that they are ‘more than just friends’.
