Some members of the public have accused him of making inappropriate comments about his female co-stars. Netizens accused him of commenting on their cosmetic procedures, labelling his behaviour as problematic. This criticism comes amid a backdrop of videos showing Kapoor’s interactions with co-stars going viral on social media.
Comments on Kangana Ranaut’s Appearance
One such instance emerged when a Reddit user shared a clip from an old episode of “Koffee With Karan.” In the episode host Karan Johar asked actress Kangana Ranaut if she had undergone facial surgeries. Kapoor interrupted the conversation by inquiring if she had done Botox. This surprised Kangana, who sought clarification from Kapoor. She then responded by mentioning her youth and her North Indian heritage. She further emphasised that many individuals from her region are naturally blessed with good physiques.
Revelation About Shilpa Shetty
In the same conversation, Kapoor further revealed that actress Shilpa Shetty had undergone lip surgery during the shooting of “Badhai Ho Badhai.” He expressed his disapproval, noting that Shilpa’s lips had become significantly larger, disrupting the film’s continuity.
