The glitzy world of Bollywood allures us all. Little do we realise that all those celebrities who have managed to make a mark in the industry live and age under the scrutiny of public pressure. “I try to lead a fit and healthy life. Its been years I have been a part of this industry and to work here, I need to stay stronger and fitter to work longer hours. Exercise and healthy food are now a part of my lifestyle and that is all it is. Today, when I hit the gym or go for running, I don’t only go for my body but for my mind and emotional stability too. It keeps me in a good place mentally and emotionally. That’s what keeps me going! ”

“Carry your walking shoes or running shoes wherever you go because the thing about walking is that your workout starts the moment you tie your laces.”

– People who follow a walking or running routine regularly tend to live a longer life.
– Running or walking helps in lowering blood pressure, improving memory and decreasing the risk of cancer.
– Both walking and running produce endorphins that make a person feel happier and confident.
– It is the easiest activity to implement in an exercise regime.
