‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ winner and famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been slapped with another blow from the ED. The Enforcement Directorate has sent him a notice and ordered him to appear before them. This notice has been given to Elvish in the money laundering case related to the snake venom case. However, Elvish is not in India these days and is on a foreign trip. But the ED has asked him to join the investigation immediately.

According to media reports, the Lucknow unit of ED has ordered Elvish Yadav to appear immediately after returning from abroad on July 23. Officials have given this information on Tuesday, July 9. A senior ED official confirmed that the Lucknow unit of ED has summoned Elvish Yadav on July 23, as he had expressed his inability to appear before the ED on July 8 citing his foreign tour.

The official said that Yadav has been exempted and allowed to appear later. He said that on Monday, July 8, Elvish Yadav’s close associate and Haryana singer Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuria was questioned by the ED for about 7 hours in the Lucknow office. He was questioned about the use of snakes in one of his famous songs. Apart from this, Elvish’s other associates Ishwar Yadav and Vinay Yadav have also been questioned in this case earlier.

On April 6, Gautam Buddha Nagar Police filed a 1200-page charge sheet under the Wildlife Protection Act against Elvish Yadav and seven others after the FIR was registered. It was told how snakes were smuggled and how their poison was used in parties. However, Elvish had called himself innocent in this matter and called the claims fake.
