This time a heavy plywood board fell on her, injuring her upper back. Earlier she had an eye injury. Despite this, she continued shooting in the scorching heat, which caused her a lot of trouble.

According to some media reports, sources present on the set said that Deepika Singh was shooting a dream sequence for the daily soap ‘Mangal Lakshmi’ in Film City. In this sequence, she was being shown that she was being honored. While she was shooting for this sequence, a large and heavy plywood board placed behind her fell on the actress. Due to strong wind, the heavy plywood board fell on her back, injuring her.

Despite the pain, she tried to continue shooting the important scenes, but due to increasing swelling in her back, she had to stop work. A children’s dance show was being filmed near the ‘Mangal Lakshmi’ set, from where an ice pack was brought. After using it, Deepika shot as many scenes as she could. However, when the pain became unbearable, Deepika left the set and went home.

Recently, during the shooting, a blood clot formed in her eye. Despite the injury, she continued shooting because she was shooting an important wedding scene.

At that time, while talking, she had said, ‘I could not take a break, because we were shooting an important track of Lakshmi’s wedding and as a lead actress, I was needed in every scene. It was impossible for me not to be there. That’s why I could not ask for leave. The producers gave me breaks in between.’ She also said that due to the scorching heat, het eyes were also burning.
