Deepika Padukone today is the highest-paid actress in the Bollywood industry. The diva started her career in modeling as a teenager and went on to become a superstar in the entertainment industry. Deepika made her debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti OM and since then there’s no looking back for her.
However, there was a time when the gorgeous actress was asked to make some changes in her body to look hot. Deepika has now opened up about what she was told initially in her career and how it impacted her career. Talking about the positive, she said she got a lot of great advices from the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan. She said that SRK told her to always work with people you know you’ll have spent good time with as you are also making memories while working in films.
There were some other people who suggested her to make changes in her appearance. Deepika said that when she was 18 she was told to go for a breast implant. “I was all of 18 and I often wonder how I had the wisdom to not take it seriously,” she said.
On the work front, Deepika’s last release was ‘Gehraiyaan’ directed by Shakun Batra. The movie has also starred Ananya Pandey, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Dhairya Karwa. The film received a mixed reaction from the audience but everyone loved Deepika’s acting skills in it. The actress will now work with Shah Rukh Khan once again in ‘Pathan’. Deepika has also signed ‘Draupadi’, ‘The Intern’ and ‘Fighter’.
