Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla participated in Bigg Boss season 14 when they were on the verge of getting a divorce. During one of the episodes, BB 14 winner Rubina revealed that they had given their marriage a time till November to sort out things, but before that, they wanted to give their marriage a second chance. Hence, they decided to participate in the controversial show. During the whole season, Rubina and Abhinav were seen standing for each other in difficult situations which made them realize each other’s importance in their life. Now, the two are proving to be a power couple and their relationship has become stronger after exiting from the reality show.
In a recent interview with ETimes, Rubina opened up on her current equation with Abhinav Shukla. The actress revealed that they have started to communicate in a better way. Rubina also mentioned the fights that still happens on the same things. She was quoted saying, “I have realised that if I want to show how much I love him, I should try to understand his language of love. Like making something for him that will make him happy instead of planning a surprise trip to an exotic location. We have understood that difference. We still fight on the same things, bas unko settle karne ke tareeke alag ho gaye hain. Ladaiyaan toh same hi hoti hain, rukengi thodi (laughs!). Abhi communication skills improve ho gaye hain. So, while earlier, we would fight and not talk to each other for a day or two, now, we resolve it and call a truce in a couple of hours. There is more respect than love in our relationship. Love grows every day, and you can’t quantify it. Respect has been the foundation of our relationship, and that’s how it has always been.”
Abhinav and Rubina are planning to have a second wedding as proposed by the man during the Valentine’s Day date in Bigg Boss 14 house.
