Akanksha Puri said that the “Bigg Boss OTT 2” host spoke to her impolitely in a recent interview. She also disclosed the bias of the host. For the uninitiated, Jad Hadid and Akanksha were seen lip-locking during a task right before Akanksha was booted off the competition, which sparked widespread rumours around the country. However, the show’s host, Salman Khan, accused Akanksha of circulating false information inside the house. Soon after, Akanksha’s supporters flocked to her defence and denounced the presenter for’slut-shaming’ her. Recently, Akanksha revealed the same in an interview.
Akanksha Puri stated that Salman Khan talked to her rudely
Akanksha Puri stated in a recent interview with the Hindustan Times that she did not like Salman Khan’s voice when he referred to her as a “fake alert.” Then Akanksha revealed that she spent three days in jail in BB OTT 2 solely for expressing her emotions. For the uninitiated, Salman used the words “magarmach k aansu hai” after Akanksha was seen sobbing in one of the episodes. Akanksha stated that Salman Khan was impolite to her and said:
“I remember Salman sir had said–fake alert. The way he had said it, the tone of his voice, I had never heard him in such a way before. He started bashing me. He made such a deal out of it and rudely told me so many things–magarmach k aansu hai (these are crocodile’s tears). Expressing my emotions was such a big crime that I was put in jail for 3 days.”
The actress also said in the interview that the game was never in her favour. She went on to elaborate, saying that Jad Hadid had been close to her for three days but eventually distanced himself after Salman warned him, “The public is not appreciating this perspective. You were in the wrong company with Palak and Akanksha, and your Manisha perspective was superior. According to Akanksha, Salman is influencing the housemates’ opinions by doing this.
Akanksha Puri shared that Bebika Dhurve has Pooja Bhatt by her side
Akanksha was asked in the same interview if she believed Pooja Bhatt was saving Bebika. Akanksha responded by saying that while Pooja is knowledgeable and has a voice that is respected by many, Bebika did so many things that Pooja was unable to control her. Pooja might have steered Bebika in the correct direction, but she chose not to, Akanksha said.
Akanksha Puri shared Salman Khan talks to Pooja Bhatt differently
In the interview, Akanksha responded in the negative when asked if Salman Khan was biased in Bigg Boss OTT 2. Pooja, she said, has an edge because Salman speaks to her differently because they were childhood friends. When discussing the subject, Akanksha said: “Not biased but she has an advantage. Salman talks to her differently. They are childhood friends, know each other for a long time and you know, she is the Pooja Bhatt. She makes sure everybody in the house realise that she is the Pooja Bhatt. She knew everything about each contestant because she was on the judging panel. This is an added advantage.”
