Only a few months after Priyanka got married to Nick Jonas her baby Siddharth Chopra brother got engaged to Ishita Kumar. This was the second time Siddharth was getting engaged and her sister wholeheartedly welcomed Ishita to the family. But later the engagement was mutually called off. Talking about the same, Priyanka Chopra’s wife Madhu Chopra has stated, “My son Siddharth said he was not ready for marriage yet. He explained he needed more time. The wedding had been mutually called off”
Now, Siddharth is often seen with south indian actress Neelam Upadhyaya. Recently,Priyanka’s mother, Madu has attened an event with Siddharth and Neelam. Soon Viral Bhayani took his page and sharing the images, he wrote, “#priyankachopra mom and son with his fiancee today at an event #viralbhayani @viralbhayani.” And that’s when people started speculating things. Later, Neelam herself clarified that they aren’t engaged. Commenting on the same picture, she wrote, “The ring is on my right hand. We’re not engaged.”
Earlier Siddharth was engaged to longtime girlfriend Kanika Mathur. The couple was to marry in Feb 2015, in Goa. That time also the wedding was called off. As per reports, the wedding was cancelled because Siddharth wanted to concentrate on his career and his new venture. A source close to the family was quoted as saying, Priyanka was not in the country at that time and the wedding could not take place without her.
As both Kanika and Ishita have faced the same situation in life, the duo became each other’s Instagram friends in the process.
