Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have been mired in controversies lately. Raj Kundra’s case has been spiraling up as days are passing by. The 43-year-old businessman whose police custody was supposed to end today has been extended till August 10. As per the sources, “Kundra will soon face money laundering and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) cases against him as Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to register cases under these Acts against him”.
Many models and aspiring actresses have come forward to share their personal experiences with Raj Kundra’s pornographic racket. And now model Sherlyn Chopra has accused Raj Kundra of sexual misconduct. The actresses had filed an FIR against him in April 2021. In her complaint, Sherlyn Chopra had alleged sexual assault against Raj Kundra. She had revealed that in early 2019 Raj Kundra had called her business manager to discuss a project.
After the business meeting on March 27, 2019, Raj showed up at her house unannounced due to a heated argument over a text. The actress claimed that Raj Kundra started kissing her all over but she resisted as she did not want to get involved with a married man. To which Raj had replied that his relationship with Shilpa Shetty was complicated and he was stressed most of the time at home. She had further added that she asked him to stop as she was scared at last she managed to push him away and ran to the bathroom.
After Raj Kundra’s arrest, Shilpa Shetty’s house was raided for further investigation.His wife Shilpa Shetty had also denied any involvement in the racket.
