After months of speculation surrounding their relationship, model-turned-actor Natasa Stankovic and cricketer Hardik Pandya have officially announced their separation. The couple took to Instagram on Thursday to share the news with their followers.
In a joint statement posted on their respective Instagram accounts, the couple revealed their decision to part ways after four years together. “After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest of both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family,” the note read.
The couple also emphasized their commitment to co-parenting their son, Agastya. “We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the centre of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness. We sincerely request your support and understanding to give us privacy during this difficult and sensitive time,” they added.
The announcement follows weeks of speculation fueled by Natasa’s cryptic social media posts and her absence from significant events, such as IPL and World Cup matches. Just a day before the announcement, Natasa was spotted at the Mumbai airport with her son Agastya, prompting further concern and curiosity among fans. Additionally, Hardik Pandya’s decision to skip the Sri Lanka series had added to the rumours of their separation.
Natasa Stankovic and Hardik Pandya began dating during the COVID-19 pandemic and tied the knot on May 31, 2020. The couple welcomed their son, Agastya, on July 30 of the same year. In 2022, they renewed their wedding vows with a destination ceremony in Udaipur.
As the couple navigates this challenging time, they have requested privacy and understanding from their supporters.
